When will I get my order?
Orders are printed on demand and typically dispatched within 2–5
business days. Delivery times vary by location but are usually 3–7
business days once shipped. As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment
centre, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking
details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Where are you located?
Andoru Brand is based in Perth, Western Australia — To get your order to you as quickly as possible, all products are printed and dispatched locally in the country where you order through Print-On-Demand fulfillment network.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Since all products are printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll replace it at no extra cost — just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
