Return & Refund Policy

Because all Andoru products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer error.

Misprints, Damage, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a free replacement through our print partner.

Wrong Size Ordered

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. As items are printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

Misprints
Damaged items
Wrong items sent

Orders lost in transit (after carrier investigation)

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
